Neil Taylor’s tackle shockingly brakes Seamus Coleman’s leg in two places

Neil Taylor, Wales defender has been banned for two plays for the tackle causing a double leg break to Seamus Coleman, Republic of Ireland captain.

In the 69th-minute of the World Cup draw between Wales and the Republic Neil Taylor was sent off. Therefore, he was bound to serve one-match automatic suspension.

However, FIFA’s disciplinary committee has stepped up Taylor’s sanction to two plays. Obviously, it means that the Aston Villa full-back will definitely miss Wales’ next two World Cup qualifiers versus Austria and Serbia.

Neil Taylor, part of the Wales side, reached the semi-finals of Euro 2016 the previous summer, will be deprived of the trip to Serbia on June 11 as well as the home play versus Austria on September 2.

As for Coleman’s injury, unfortunately, television broadcasters didn’t decide to replay footage of that incident, which shocked the football world. Meanwhile, a lengthy rehabilitation period is what the Everton defender is bound to face.
