Amir Khans bout against Andreas Koletnik will go ahead as planned, after rumours of the fight being cancelled were laughed off by Frank Warren Promotions. The contest was initially scheduled for Saturday but has been put back three weeks and moved to the MEN Arena after Kotelnik suffered a mouth infection.

Amir Khans world title fight against Andreas Kotelnik could be postponed due to a tooth infection currently troubling the Ukrainian fighter. The 22-year-old Bolton fighter is due to meet WBA light-welterweight champion Kotelnik in his first world title challenge, in London on June 27.

Wladimir Klitschko has confirmed that he will fight Ruslan Chagaev instead of David Haye, after the British heavyweight pulled out of their forthcoming contest citing injury concerns. The IBF, WBO and IBO champion was due to face Haye in a 60,000 sell-out showdown at Schalke 04 FCs Veltins Arena.
