Sir Allen Stanford has surrendered to the FBI in America amid allegations of fraud. The man behind last year's Twenty20 cricket clash between England and the West Indies all-stars was charged in February with frauds totalling $9.2million by regulators in the USA.According to Houston attorney Dick DeGuerin, Stanford surrendered to FBI agents outside where he was staying. He faces charges in a civil court along with representatives from his Stanford Financial Group over allegedly conducting fraud with an eight billion dollar certificates of deposits scheme.
