The Southampton-born Olympic gold medalist, Dani King is actually considering competing for Wales at Commonwealth Games next year.
At London 2012, the sportswoman aged 26 grasped gold. Moreover, she appears to be a three-time cycling world champion. By the way, since 2014 she has focused on the road, when Dani represented England before Commonwealth Games.
Dani King tells that she fully meets the qualification criteria. The sportswoman is currently based in Wales, simultaneously riding for the American Cyclance trade team. Furthermore, in October she’s going to marry Matt Rowe, Team Sky cyclist Luke Rowe’s brother of Welsh origin.
In 2012, on ‘Super Saturday’ she managed to win Olympic gold, with Joanna Rowsell-Shand and Laura Kenny.
Obviously, she could get back to the track at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games literary within a year.
